Wheat Free Angry Birds

My daughter is ready to get on board with removing Wheat from Friendie's diet.
It will be a lot of work at first, but I am hoping to find some good recipes and freeze some baked goodies to have on hand.

Recipes are appreciated.
The only thing I want 'angry' here are the birds!

The little stinker would not even let me have a turn!
Not that I would know how to play it anyway.  :)

My husband has Celiac, so no gluten. There are some wonderful products out there now, so much more than when he was first diagnosed. Don't know if you have Sprouts Health food stores, but they are wonderful. Betty Crocker has come out with a few mixes, the choc cake and the brownies are great. I serve them to company and they never know they are gluten free. Because it is easier I eat mostly gluten free also. Kroger has the best spaghetti noodle I have tried, it is Hodgson Mill brown rice pasta. Some pasta doesn't stick together but this one does. Good luck, but it really isn't as difficult as it sounds. Bisquick also has a gluten free mix.
As you get into this please feel free to email me questions, I have been there before and sometimes all the information is a bit. It can be a bit overwhelming. My email on on my blog.

Hi Sheila, I've just been catching up on your blog as it's been a pretty crazy summer. Loved that you fixed up the old violin for your daughter! Sorry to hear about Friendie's wheat allergy. I've just gone the GF/dairy free route this past year; there are lots of products available now; it just takes a while to scout them out. I, too, am happy to make suggestions if you want to email me. Hang in there!

I don't know how to cook this way but wanted to offer my prayer. I prayed for your little man to respond to his wheat free diet. That he will enjoy the food without any frustration and that he will praise God as he learns to thank him for the victory... I also prayed that you will meet this new way of cooking as a fun challenge and not be discouraged. He is bigger than our trials!

Blessings, Debbie
