Happy To Be Home

I left my home a week ago today.
The good thing about surgery is you don't actually remember it.  The bad thing about recovery is sometimes it takes a while to get the whole pain medication thing worked out.
I ended up staying a little longer in the hospital because the meds were making me sick, but I am home now....just sitting around....trying to keep from sweating.  :)
Speaking of sweating....my youngest son and nephew are on a road trip.....St. Louis and Nashville today....in the little gray Saturn with NO airconditioning....now they are going to be sweating!

I bet you are soooo glad to be home. I'd bring you some comfort food if I lived close! I hope your recovery is speedy quick so you can get back to playing with Friendie!

Very glad you are home, we always mend better in our own surroundings. I am so sorry I haven't visited for a bit and didn't know you were having surgery but be assured I will be keeping you in my prayers. By the way, I love the hour glass, what a treasure. I also used to watch Day's of Our Lives with my two teenaged daughters...that was a long time ago but we all quit watching it when Marlena was possessed by Satan and amazingly John turned out to be a priest in his former lost life and was able to perform and exorcism...PUUULEEEAAAASE !!!! That was all we could take, LOL. Okay, enough of that. You take care and get well quick. Gentle hugs coming to you.
