What To Pack???

We are preparing for 5 days in Arizona.  No kids....No Friendie.
Today my Friendie came with his Oatie Pie for breakfast!  Now normally I would not let him eat that circle of sugar with no nutrional value for breakfast....but he was so excited about it....and he isn't feeling good...and I am a big softie.  :)

After some Grammie time...and I rocked him to sleep...I decided I should put together something to work on if I have some down time while we are away.
So far, this is all I have ready....a very small project.
Will a small scissors be confiscated at the airport?

Don't know about your part of the world but in mine, yes, small scissors are a no no!! I was only picking up my daughter at the airport, had to go through the security barriers, idle time sewing kit in bag, tiny pink scissors - confiscated - gone - no more!!! Put them in check in baggage. Have a good time on your break.

I agree with Lizzie, check your scissors and carry one of those cutter things that look like part of a necklace. Have fun, and soak up lots of sunshine and warmth!

What a sweetie pie!
I'd say check the tsa website for what is allowed on planes these days.

I may or may not be able to tell you an embarassing story about a time I was going through airport security and had forgotten about a small cuticle scissors in my makeup bag. I ALWAYS get nailed going through security! Anyway, my cuticles haven't been the same since...

Oh, what a cutie. Have fun on your trip. I guess you'll have to have the scissors go with your baggage. They don't seem to let anything in carry-on.
Blessings,
Marcia

What a cute friend! I'd sure let him eat the oatie pie as he is eating something for breakfast. You could put dental floss in your purse and then use the "cutter" on it to snip your thread while on board the plane. Have a fun time in Arizona.
