I don't have a specific recipe, but I add ground flaxseed to about everything I bake, even brownies! Makes everything we eat just a but healthier! :0)
I'll be sure to watch for recipes you use it in. I only put it in my oatmeal every day, but I've seen quite a few sites that say it's an alternative to eggs in baking.
